Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in 2 years
- able to pass annual motor vehicle report (MVR) screening
- able to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
- able to push and pull carts up to 250 pounds
- able to stand and maintain mobility for long periods
- able to run up to 500 yards multiple times per day
- able to work in all weather conditions without shift cancellations
- willing to enter and exit vehicles frequently
- previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- required to wear comfortable, closed-toe, non-skid shoes
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- knowledge of local areas and roads
- professional customer service skills
- ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct
- strong understanding of English
- experience driving vehicles preferred, including manual transmission
Job Duties
- Greet and receive customers with high-quality customer service
- park and secure guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- assist guests with luggage and belongings
- provide transportation to guests in the company vehicle
- direct vehicle traffic at hotel or restaurant entrances
- record guest information and parking locations accurately
- return rental vehicles and complete errands for guests
- answer questions regarding hotel, restaurant, and local area
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- respond to guest service issues and report to management
- prioritize safety while performing duties
- perform additional tasks as assigned by management
