Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in 2 years
- Pass annual motor vehicle record screening
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to push/pull equipment up to 250 pounds
- Able to stand and move continuously for up to 4 hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable, closed-toe, non-skid shoes required
- Ability to run up to 500 yards multiple times daily
- Willingness to work flexible shifts at two different valet stations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of local roads and areas
- Physical ability to handle demanding tasks
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide high-quality customer service
- Park guest vehicles safely and securely
- Assist guests with luggage and belongings
- Provide transportation in company vehicle when needed
- Record guest information and vehicle location accurately
- Handle guest inquiries about the hotel and nearby area
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Respond swiftly to guest service issues
- Operate valet stations at different hotel locations
- Complete errands and deliveries for guests
