Job Duties

Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance
be able to anticipate guests needs
maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer - learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc)
report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience
must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue
safely park guest cars in an efficient manner
