Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with minimum of 2 years driving experience
  • Must know how to drive stick shift
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Parking and/or hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts Thursday-Sunday
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, squat frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to drive stick shift vehicles
  • Previous parking or hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-reliant and able to work with or without supervision
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized with a smile
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure
  • Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport
  • Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with luggage from vehicle to vehicle as necessary
  • Turn off each car and remove keys
  • Provide each customer with a valet ticket and manage retrieval process
  • Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner
  • Work independently and promote excellent customer relations
