Job Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- Experience in customer service, valet parking, or porter/maintenance roles preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and timely
- Explain parking rates and provide retrieval instructions to guests
- Inspect vehicles according to company guidelines before taking possession
- Maintain uniform appearance and resolve guest issues positively
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, trash removal, and sanitizing facility areas
- Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintenance of the facility
