Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid California driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic cars
- Minimum one year of experience in luxury hospitality as Valet Parking Attendant
- Availability to work part-time overnight shifts
- Strong customer service skills

- Valid California driver’s license
- Good driving record
- At least one year experience as a Valet Parking Attendant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain control of all guest car keys and claim tickets
- Dispatch Valet Parker to retrieve cars
- Post and record payments for parking services
- Greet guests arriving by private car and assist them
- Issue valet parking tickets when Door Staff is unavailable
- Drive cars to hotel or local garage following traffic regulations
- Assess and note any damage to vehicles on claim tickets
- Open hotel doors and provide verbal welcome
- Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and city information
- Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints and assist in inquiries
