Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys
- Monitor the valet area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Assist guests with luggage or directions as needed
- Communicate effectively with overnight front desk and security teams
- Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activity immediately
- Follow all safety and driving regulations, including resort policies
