Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen
One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to understand simple instructions and write correspondence
Ability to present information to guests and employees
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money
Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles preferred
Ability to perform parallel parking
Ability to work overnight shifts
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet, using guest last names
Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and efficiently
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
Provide directional assistance, taxi and reservation information
Deliver messages, items and guest amenities
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
Issue and collect claim checks
Complete and maintain ticket information and damage surveys
Calculate and collect parking revenue as needed
