Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance
- one month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- ability to read and write standard English language
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division involving American money
- ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- ability to operate a manual transmission highly desirable
- ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with professionalism
- uses guest last names during interactions
- uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location
- practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette
- parks and retrieves vehicles slowly and cautiously
- assists guests with bell services and luggage storage
- opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
- provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities
- delivers messages and guest amenities as requested
- shuttles guests to approved locations
- explains parking rates and retrieval procedures
- issues and collects claim checks
- completes and maintains ticket information accurately including key tags, guest folios and damage surveys
- calculates and collects revenue as needed
