Job Requirements

high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance
one month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
ability to read and write standard English language
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
ability to write simple correspondence
ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division involving American money
ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
ability to operate a manual transmission highly desirable
ability to perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with professionalism
uses guest last names during interactions
uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location
practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette
parks and retrieves vehicles slowly and cautiously
assists guests with bell services and luggage storage
opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests
assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
provides information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities
delivers messages and guest amenities as requested
shuttles guests to approved locations
explains parking rates and retrieval procedures
issues and collects claim checks
completes and maintains ticket information accurately including key tags, guest folios and damage surveys
calculates and collects revenue as needed
