Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license, potentially from the state of employment
- Ability to pass a basic math skills test
- Willingness to submit to drug, background, and driving record checks
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move quickly to assist customers, including navigating parking ramps

Job Qualifications
- Know how to drive automatic and manual transmission passenger vehicles
- Possess sufficient math skills to calculate time and money
- Able to understand verbal instructions and act accordingly in a timely manner
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Professional experience parking cars or working as a valet attendant preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Drive, maneuver, and park automatic and manual transmission cars in confined, underground facilities, surface lots, and on steep ramps
- Return to work stations quickly to facilitate optimal customer flow
- Handle each vehicle with care and attention following all facility safety precautions
- Remain vigilant for unusual or potentially threatening situations and report them to management
- Monitor work area and property for safety and security
- Report accidents, hazards, maintenance needs, and suspicious activities immediately to a manager
- Respond to customer needs, questions, problems, and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Assist customers in and out of vehicles as needed
- Perform cashier duties or light garage/lot maintenance duties depending on location
- Operate man lifts as required by certain locations
