Job Requirements
- Must know how to and be able to drive automatic and manual transmission passenger vehicles
- Possess math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
- Able to understand verbal instructions and act accordingly in a timely manner
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the US
- Willing to submit to drug, background investigation, and driving record check
- Willing and able to work outdoors and be exposed to all types of weather elements
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to walk or move swiftly to assist customers

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional experience parking cars or working as a valet attendant
- Prior customer service industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused
- Ability to grasp, push, scoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Drive, maneuver, and park automatic and manual transmission vehicles in various parking facilities
- Return to workstations quickly to maintain optimal customer flow
- Handle each vehicle with care and follow all facility safety precautions
- Remain vigilant for unusual or potentially threatening activities and inform management immediately
- Monitor work area and property for safety and security
- Report accidents, hazards, maintenance needs, and suspicious activities promptly
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
