Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record within the last three years, with exceptions reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • No recent DUI convictions or those reviewed per leadership guidelines
  • Ability to safely operate various passenger vehicles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Reading and comprehension skills in English

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license in the state applied for with a clean driving record
  • Experience driving all types of passenger vehicles including manual shift
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Problem-solving ability with minimal guidance
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • People oriented and able to work independently or with others
  • Ability to frequently switch between activities such as operating a switchboard or keyboard

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and safely park and/or retrieve owner and guest vehicles
  • Responsible for safety of guests, vehicles, and keys
  • Answer questions pertaining to amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, entertainment, directions etc
  • Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests
  • Keep main entrance, lobby and porte-cochere clean and free of trash or other debris
  • Assist guests with luggage
  • Maintain luggage carts to ensure they are in working order
  • Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest issues to resolution and escalate any concerns to management as needed
  • Make appropriate service recovery recommendations
  • Promote team work and quality service through daily communications with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, quality assurance, loss prevention, and resort operating procedures
