Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use personal cell phones for work communications
- Must follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Non-exempt status under FLSA
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments including active traffic areas
Job Qualifications

- Strong customer service attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Successful background check
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and clear communication
- Adherence to company policies
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Check vehicle for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in and out on time and report tips accurately
- Maintain valet area cleanliness and organization
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, wear full uniform, and adhere to company policies
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support operations
