Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use personal cell phones for work communications
  • Must follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
  • Non-exempt status under FLSA
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments including active traffic areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Successful background check
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and clear communication
  • Adherence to company policies
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Check vehicle for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
  • Clock in and out on time and report tips accurately
  • Maintain valet area cleanliness and organization
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Support a positive team environment
  • Arrive on time, wear full uniform, and adhere to company policies
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support operations
