Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
Must pass and maintain a clean background check
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Must follow company uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience preferred
Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
Valid driver’s license
Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through professional communication
Ability to create welcoming and personalized guest interactions
Adherence to company policies and adaptability to changing environments
Commitment to safety guidelines and dependability
Physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area
Politely handle guest concerns and support a positive team environment
Arrive on time in full uniform and comply with company policies and procedures
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily operations
