Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record and ability to drive vehicle
  • Ability to pass airport security clearance with no arrest record in last 10 years
  • Minimum one year experience in hospitality industry
  • Ability to work night shifts from 9 PM to 5:30 AM, five days a week
  • Ability to work in outdoor elements including heat, wind, snow, rain
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently
  • Ability to move luggage in and out of customer vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in hospitality, including guest or customer service
  • Previous parking industry experience is a plus
  • Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to pass an MVR background check
  • Strong problem solving and listening skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service and hospitality
  • Strong personal motivation and responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving guests and provide courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic service for valet parking requests
  • Check and notify guests of pre-existing damage to their vehicles
  • Record guest names, vehicle information, and secure the guest keys for parking
  • Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
  • Inspect vehicles for overall condition and note any dents, missing parts, or distinguishing features
  • Identify vehicle designated parking location and provide guests with vehicle claim checks
  • Report security issues or potential problems that may impact guest vehicles
  • Understand legal ramifications of actions affecting valet services
  • Assist guests with all luggage
  • Respond to emergency situations upon request
  • Promote and maintain highest levels of customer service while staying alert to guest needs
  • Respond effectively to guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest complaints within authorized scope or refer to management
  • Notify supervisor or security of unusual events or alleged theft
  • Keep valet area neat and tidy
  • Quote prices for parking services and accept payments
  • Utilize golf cart to assist customers with bags from parking lot to terminal
