Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full uniform compliance and professional appearance
- Adherence to company rules and policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, follow key handling procedures, and adhere to safety guidelines
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time, and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and follow all company rules and policies
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support team and daily operations
