Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
No more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
Must be punctual and follow all company rules
Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios

Job Qualifications

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

Job Duties

Check vehicle for damage and record details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures
Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
Clock in and out accurately and report tips properly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
Address guest concerns politely and resolve problems promptly
Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company policies
