Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Maintain clean motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • Successful completion and maintenance of clean background check
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
  • Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet area
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, ready to work and follow company policies
  • Assist with other tasks to support daily operations
