Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain clean motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
- Successful completion and maintenance of clean background check
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to use personal cell phone for work communication
- Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
- Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet area
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, ready to work and follow company policies
- Assist with other tasks to support daily operations
