Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Must pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
  • Must maintain professional appearance
  • Must communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset essential
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
  • Create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Effectively adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Remain flexible and professional in unexpected situations
  • Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
  • Use equipment properly to ensure a safe workplace
  • Maintain professional appearance, including uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
  • Clock in and out on time for shifts and breaks and report tips accurately
  • Keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly while supporting a positive team environment
  • Arrive on time in full uniform, follow company rules and policies
  • Assist with other tasks to support team and daily operations
