Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
- Successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions indoors and outdoors
- Use communication tools such as phones and radios
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and resolve issues swiftly
- Support a positive team environment and assist with additional tasks as needed
- Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to all company rules and policies
