Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • Successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions indoors and outdoors
  • Use communication tools such as phones and radios
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle guest concerns politely and resolve issues swiftly
  • Support a positive team environment and assist with additional tasks as needed
  • Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to all company rules and policies
