Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Successful completion of a background check

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety and key handling procedures
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks punctually and report tips accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Support a positive team environment
  • Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company rules and policies
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations
