Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- follow company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures
- clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time
- report tips accurately
- keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- arrive on time in full uniform and follow all company rules and policies
- assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations
