Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
- use personal cell phones for work-related communication and systems access
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- a helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential
- deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
- create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- effectively adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
- follow instructions, maintain schedules, and complete tasks on time
- adhere to all safety guidelines and use equipment properly
Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles, follow key handling procedures, and safety guidelines
- clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time, report tips accurately
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
- arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
- help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
