previous customer service experience
valid driver's license and reliable transportation
acceptable motor vehicle record
clean background check
ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
availability to work all shifts including evenings and weekends
professional appearance and grooming standards
adherence to safety protocols
strong communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
previous customer service experience preferred
helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
valid driver's license and reliable transportation
clear motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear and professional communication
ability to create welcoming and personalized interactions
adhere to company policies and adapt to changing environments
dependable and able to follow safety guidelines
capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods
available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Duties

Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
keep valet area clean, organized and presentable
handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly while supporting a positive team environment
arrive on time in full uniform and follow all company rules and policies
assist with other tasks as needed to support team and operations
