Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • clean background check
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • follow company policies and safety guidelines
  • punctual and professional appearance
  • able to work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • strong customer service mindset with a helpful attitude
  • ability to deliver clear, professional communication and active listening
  • adaptable to changing environments and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Check vehicle for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
  • clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of valet area
  • handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • support a positive team environment
  • arrive on time, in full uniform, and follow all company rules and policies
  • assist with additional tasks to support daily operations
