Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Must maintain acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must pass and maintain clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Must follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Ability to use communication tools like phones and radios
- Must be punctual and dependable
Job Qualifications

- Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset essential
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication
- Ability to create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards
- Ability to adhere to company policies and adapt to changing environments
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain schedules, and complete tasks timely

Job Duties
- Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable valet area
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company rules and policies
- Assist with additional tasks to support the team and daily operations
