Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
maintain acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
successfully pass and maintain clean background check
no special certifications required
ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
comply with all safety guidelines
ability to operate moving vehicles safely
use communication tools like phones and radios
work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
previous customer service experience preferred
helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
valid driver’s license
clean motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication
ability to create welcoming and personalized interactions
adherence to company policies and procedures
adaptability to changing environments
dependability and safety awareness
physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
accurately clock in/out and report all tips
maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
assist with additional duties as needed
