Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- maintain acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- successfully pass and maintain clean background check
- no special certifications required
- ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- comply with all safety guidelines
- ability to operate moving vehicles safely
- use communication tools like phones and radios
- work in indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- valid driver’s license
- clean motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication

Job Duties
- Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
- safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
- accurately clock in/out and report all tips
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
- assist with additional duties as needed
