Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance
  • One month related experience or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles
  • Ability to read write and comprehend English
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and time understanding
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Willingness to work overnight shift from 11pm to 7am
  • Ability to drive manually is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Must hold valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or within commutable distance
  • One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information to guests clients and employees
  • Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
  • Ability to perform operations using units of American money
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests coworkers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using professional and friendly demeanor
  • Use guest last names during interactions
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
  • Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
  • Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
  • Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries
  • Provide guests with information about outlets meeting rooms amenities and main attractions
  • Deliver messages items and guest amenities as requested
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
  • Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks prior to issuing keys
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag guest folio vehicle location damage survey and claim check receipt
  • Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
