Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license
  • related experience or training
  • knowledge of customer and personal services principles
  • ability to read, write, and understand English
  • ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand time systems
  • physical capability to fulfill lifting and mobility demands
  • availability to work overnight shifts
  • ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • travel up to 5%

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • valid driver’s license for the state of employment or nearby commutable distance
  • at least one month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • ability to read and write standard English
  • ability to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
  • ability to effectively communicate one-on-one and in small groups
  • basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with American money units
  • understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
  • ability to understand applicable rates based on time passed
  • ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • skill in performing parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
  • greet and acknowledge guests within five feet with professionalism and friendliness
  • park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely
  • assist guests with luggage handling and bell services
  • deliver messages, items, and amenities as requested
  • provide guests with information about facility amenities and local attractions
  • explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, manage claim checks and complete all ticket information
