Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree
Valid driver’s license for the state or within commutable distance
One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information to guests clients and employees
Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within commutable distance
One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions correspondence and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information to guests clients and employees
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition subtraction multiplication and division with units of American money
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests coworkers and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and inquiries
Provide information about outlets meeting rooms amenities and local attractions
Deliver messages items and guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to approved places
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks prior to issuing keys
Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tags guest folios vehicle location damage surveys and claim check receipts
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
