Job Requirements

None or unspecified education level
Experience in customer service preferred
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to work overnight shifts
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Capable of handling vehicles carefully

Job Qualifications

Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience
No major violations such as DUI, reckless driving, or negligent homicide in the past 7 years
No more than two minor violations in the past year including accidents and speeding
No license suspensions within the last 3 years
Flexible availability
Ability to drive manual transmission preferred

Job Duties

Connecting and impressing guests with a dynamic and engaging personality
Responding to guests' needs with urgency and follow-through
Assigning and verifying vehicle claim tickets
Parking and retrieving cars with a high level of care
Inspecting vehicles and reporting any damages upon arrival and under your care
Maintaining cleanliness of the area and security of vehicles and vehicle keys
Having advanced knowledge of the location and surrounding areas
