Job Requirements
- None or unspecified education level
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Capable of handling vehicles carefully
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience
- No major violations such as DUI, reckless driving, or negligent homicide in the past 7 years
- No more than two minor violations in the past year including accidents and speeding
- No license suspensions within the last 3 years
- Flexible availability
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
Job Duties
- Connecting and impressing guests with a dynamic and engaging personality
- Responding to guests' needs with urgency and follow-through
- Assigning and verifying vehicle claim tickets
- Parking and retrieving cars with a high level of care
- Inspecting vehicles and reporting any damages upon arrival and under your care
- Maintaining cleanliness of the area and security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Having advanced knowledge of the location and surrounding areas
