Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
willingness to wear uniform and maintain grooming standards
ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
must follow all company rules and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
previous customer service experience preferred
helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset essential
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check

Job Duties

Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable
handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
support a positive team environment
arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
help with other tasks as needed to support team and daily operations
