Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED required
previous customer service experience preferred
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
no special certifications required
ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
maintain professional appearance and grooming
follow company policies and procedures
ability to operate vehicles safely and handle keys properly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold standards for safe parking operations
