Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license for applicable state or commutable distance
  • One month related experience or training or equivalent combination
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend standard English
  • Able to perform relevant math calculations involving money
  • Available to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying environmental conditions
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Must pass any required background or driving record checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of work or within commutable distance
  • One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients and employees
  • Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and perform operations with American money
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand parking rates related to time passed
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Use guest last names during interactions
  • Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
  • Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
  • Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
  • Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
  • Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities and main attractions in the area
  • Deliver messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested
  • Shuttle guests to approved locations
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
  • Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey and claim check receipt
  • Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
