Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • professional appearance and grooming

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • clean background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • professional appearance and grooming

Job Duties

  • Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
  • safely operate guest vehicles following key handling protocols
  • accurately clock in/out and report all tips
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • arrive on time in uniform and adhere to company policies
  • assist with additional duties as needed
