Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • ability to pass a background check
  • ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain professional appearance and wear uniform
  • follow all company policies and safety guidelines
  • ability to use communication devices for work-related purposes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • clean driving record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • professional appearance and grooming standards
  • ability to operate communication tools such as phones and radios

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
  • clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the valet area
  • handle guest concerns politely and resolve issues quickly
  • arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company rules and policies
  • assist with additional tasks to support team and daily operations
