Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Maintain no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Follow company uniform and grooming standards
- Adhere to all safety and operational policies
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor settings
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following all key handling procedures
- Clock in and out timely for shifts and breaks and report tips accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, handle guest concerns, and support team cooperation
- Arrive on time, wear full uniform, and adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional operational duties as assigned to support daily valet operations
