Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • maintain acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • comply with company attendance and timekeeping policies
  • follow safety protocols and operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and reporting tips
  • keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • handle challenging situations professionally and resolve problems promptly
  • foster a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and recognizing achievements
  • maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold standards for safe and efficient parking operations
