Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance
One month related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English and simple instructions
Ability to perform basic math including operations with American money
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time
Ability to understand applicable parking rates
Ability to operate manual transmission and parallel park preferred
Available to work overnight shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, climbing stairs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within commutable distance
One (1) month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with 10’s and 100’s and American currency
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet using guest last names
Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location
Practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette
Posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks
Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
Opens all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
Provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions
Delivers messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
Shuttles guests to approved locations
Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
Issues claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks prior to issuing keys
Completes and maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt
Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed
