Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- willingness and ability to work PM shifts, weekends, and overnight shifts
- clean motor vehicle record
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
- ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace including stairs for entire shift
- required to enter and exit vehicles of varying heights
- follow company appearance and grooming standards
- no visible tattoos or body piercings or must be covered
- must wear clean and well-maintained approved uniform
- additional requirements as specified by management
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous and professional manner
- ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- clean driving record
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to work overnight and graveyard shifts
- ability to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods
- following company appearance guidelines
- upholding client guest service guidelines and values
Job Duties
- Safely park and retrieving guest vehicles
- storing or retrieving guest belongings
- assist guest with their luggage
- respond to guest inquiries and requests in an efficient and professional manner
- provide a warm greeting for all guest traffic entering or exiting the property
- ensure compliance with company appearance guidelines
- work overnight shifts and weekends
