Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older to apply
- own a valid driver's license
- pass an RMV background check
- maintain uniform standards
- maintain a professional and polite manner
- adhere to VPNE's attendance policy
- ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- operate vehicles safely to minimize potential for accidents
- be cognizant of tracking keys and cars throughout the garage
- maintain garage organization and cleanliness
- maintain an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- help facilitate transition at the end of shift
- perform cleaning duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Entry level experience
- proficient in English both verbally and in writing
- valid driver's license
- ability to communicate clearly with customers
- positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- basic knowledge of vehicle operation and safety
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous and professional service
- assist customers with getting in and out of their vehicles
- park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas ensuring safety and security
- retrieve vehicles promptly when customers are ready to leave
- keep the parking area clean and tidy
- track keys for all parked vehicles accurately
- provide exceptional customer service addressing questions or concerns
- follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and protect vehicles
