Job Requirements
- Must be able to work PM shifts and weekends
- Must be able and willing to work overnight and graveyard shifts
- Follow company appearance guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace for the entire shift
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift
- No visible tattoos or body piercings
- Clean and well-maintained approved uniform must be worn
- Required to enter and exit vehicles of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a courteous and professional manner
- Clean driving record - Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in valet or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to work PM and weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Storing or retrieving guest belongings
- Assist guest with their luggage
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in an efficient and professional manner
- Work overnight shifts including graveyard hours
- Follow company appearance guidelines and standards
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests
