Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
own a driver's license
pass an RMV background check
maintain uniform standards
maintain a professional and polite manner
adheres to attendance policy
ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
operate vehicles safely to minimize accidents
be cognizant of tracking keys and cars throughout the garage
maintain garage organization and cleanliness
set the tone for the workplace with an upbeat attitude
be enthusiastic about the job to create a positive environment
help facilitate transition at the end of shift
perform cleaning duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Entry level experience
proficient in English, both verbally and written

Job Duties

Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous and professional service
open doors for customers and assist them with getting in and out of their vehicles
park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring they are parked safely and securely
retrieve vehicles promptly when customers are ready to leave
keep the parking area clean and tidy, ensuring no trash or debris is on the ground
keep track of keys for all parked vehicles, ensuring they are returned to the correct customer when their vehicle is retrieved
provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure vehicle safety
