Job Requirements

Be 18 or older to apply
own a driver's license
pass an RMV background check
maintain uniform standards
maintain a professional and polite manner
adhere to VPNE's attendance policy
ability to read write and verbally communicate in English
operate vehicles safely to minimize potential for accidents
be cognizant of tracking keys and cars throughout the garage
maintain garage organization and cleanliness
keep an upbeat attitude
be enthusiastic about the job creating a positive environment
help facilitate transition at the end of shift
perform cleaning duties as assigned

Job Duties

Greet customers as they arrive and provide courteous and professional service
assist customers with getting in and out of their vehicles
park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas ensuring they are parked safely and securely
retrieve vehicles promptly when customers are ready to leave
keep the parking area clean and tidy ensuring no trash or debris is on the ground
keep track of keys for all parked vehicles ensuring they are returned to the correct customer
provide exceptional customer service addressing any questions or concerns
follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of customers' vehicles
