Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- Previous food service or management experience a bonus, but not required
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or management experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and positive attitude with a team player mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment including fryer and griddle
- Promote and support White Castle brand initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive environment
