Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Physical stamina for continuous movement including bending, climbing, and stooping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills
- Availability for regular, predictable, full attendance
- Adherence to club policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous grocery or stock experience preferred
- Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and food
- Ensures all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked
- Maintains neat and clean club environment by removing trash and debris
- Handles damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies
- Creates and maintains display signage and pricing tags
- Supports the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Delivers service excellence through all member contact points
