Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or dishwashing preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good vision including close and distance focus
- Willingness to follow sanitation and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in stewarding or related hospitality role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain high energy levels throughout the shift
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks requiring bending, stooping, and crouching
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and prep areas during the shift
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or conveyor dishwashing machines
- Wash pots, pans, kitchen tools, and trays
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, banquet service areas, and hallways
- Fulfill special guest requests including kosher dishes and event set-ups
- Identify and report imperfections or blemishes and work with other team members to correct them
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
