Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No prior experience required
- On-the-job training provided
- May require a CDL with specific class and endorsement
- Ability to operate a shuttle vehicle safely
- Ability to assist passengers with special needs
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain vehicle maintenance records
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- One year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
- Ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with disabilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to complete safety inspections and vehicle maintenance
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers at designated locations
- Ensure safe operation and handling of equipment for passengers with special needs
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage
- Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities
- Refuel and maintain shuttle vehicles and logs
- Maintain cleanliness and disinfect shuttle after each use
