Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift fifty pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- Physical ability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to work in wet, cold, and varied temperature environments
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate specific equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- Be cross-trained and work in multiple areas throughout the store, including cashiering/SCO, coffee venue, facing, and stocking
- Support the auditing of store tags, signs, and scale prices to confirm tag/signage/price accuracy
- Rotate products and remove out-of-date products
- Be aware of new products and their placement
- Support the highest retail standards are being met
- Follow all Daily Shop programs, goals, and Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in fiscal period and quarter end inventories
- Communicate all pertinent information to leadership
- Stay informed on company and store level information from leadership
- Complete all required training on time
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Use courteous and proper phone etiquette
- Comply with all applicable health, sanitation procedures, and safe work practices
- Support overall store cleanliness and maintenance
- Follow established food safety, organic guidelines, and procedures
- Attend all meetings as assigned by leadership, including daily huddles
