Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to support business needs including holidays and weekends
- Willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
- History of integrity and leading by example
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of cashiering in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to change
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds
- Ability to work safely in varied work conditions including exposure to heat, cold, allergens, noise, fumes, chemicals, and odors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience in retail or food service environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic math and cashiering skills
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back
- Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
- Accurately ring up sales and merchandise, offering available discounts and promotions while following company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
- Properly label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Perform additional duties as assigned
